About this book

Aims to increase awareness about the specific circumstances of LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) diversity. About the author

MARGARITA ALONSO is Alumni and Careers Director General at IE University, Spain. She has developed her professional career at IE in international areas of Spain and in the United States. She has also taught at Complutense University. She has a Master´s degree in Marketing Management and at present is pursuing her doctoral studies at IE University focusing on women and LGBT studies. She holds an specialization in Foundations Management by New York University; Market Research by London School of Economics and LGBT Studies by Yale University. She is author of several articles regarding diversity and education in international press. She is also co-founder member of ieOut & Friends and a member of the Executive Committee at IE Business School. Margarita is fluent in Spanish and English and also speaks French and Russian.
