Reviews

'Untapped Talent is a must read for executives operating in global firms. It provides a fresh perspective on how organizations can gain competitive advantage through their workforce. Monroe challenges the tendency to divide our workforce into A and B players, developing the A's and ignoring the rest. The book provides a practical guide for leaders and companies that truly want to tap the full and often hidden potential of their workforces.' - David A. Thomas, Dean and William Berkley Professor, McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University

'Untapped Talent does a fantastic job of integrating the ideas of talent management, talent development, culture, and diversity to create a compelling and engaged workforce. Dani simplifies a complex set of ideas into a very intuitive approach to fostering a powerful organization. I've been waiting a long time for someone to eloquently marry these ideas together, and Dani nailed it.' - Kimberly Janson, VP, Global Leadership, Organizational Development & Diversity, H.J. Heinz

A must read for any one in a management or leadership role who aspires to develop productive and happy people.' -Betsy Myers, Founding Director, Center for Women and Business, Bentley College
