Submitting your final typescript

Time to submit your final typescript? Congratulations - you are reaching the final stage of publishing your book. Once your typescript is ready please take a quick look at the appropriate checklist to ensure it is complete and you have all the necessary documentation:

Along with your final manuscript please fill-in and return the following forms (if you have not already done so):

• Author's Publicity Form (Word) - for both divisions
• College Editorial Form (Word) - for textbooks being published in the College Division
• Academic/Scholarly and Reference Editorial Information Form (Word) - for mongraphs being published in the Scholarly and Reference Division
• Production Options Form (Word) - for both divisions
• Word-Processing Form (Word) - for both divisions

NB: Some of the word documents will need to be resized to fit the screen -  when in the Word application go to View >> Zoom >> Zoom to Page Width

The completed forms are very important in aiding the production, marketing and sales of your book.

Please send in an electronic version and hard copy of your final typescript. We can received typescripts via email, but please pre-arrange this with your editor. Post a hard copy to:

(Some editors do not require a hard copy, do feel free to check if a paper copy is necessary)
