Critical essay
The critical essay typically requires a literature review of the OB topic, description of an issue or problem related to the topic, and criticism and/or discussion. A mere statement of facts is insufficient.
The critical essay writing guide shows students how to be objective, precise and logical, how to support their examples and how to edit their work.
It is also useful to suggest to students the kinds of journals (e.g., professional or peer-reviewed) that you would like them to access.
