The Organization Management Journal is a refereed online publication sponsored by the Eastern Academy of Management. Organization Management Journal is one of the leading online-only management and organization studies peer-reviewed research journals, has been published since 2004 and boasts a strong and active online community.

OMJ is international in scope, and is organized into four distinct sections: Linking Theory & Practice (including Recent Research of Note), Teaching & Learning, Emerging Scholarship, and First Person. Each section has its own editorial mission, editors, and review board.

OMJ is designed as a forum for broad philosophical, social, and practical thought about management and organizing, publishing articles that advance knowledge in the areas of management and organizational theory, research, education, and practice.
