Richard Donkin
Named as one of the UK’s Top 28 thinkers in 2009, according to HR Magazine, for fourteen years he wrote a weekly column on work and employment in the Financial Times that became required reading for human resources professionals and recruiters. Today he works as an author, commentator and presenter on management and employment issues including a monthly column for Human Resources Magazine. He is a former adviser to the Future Employment Working Group of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and an honorary visiting fellow in the faculty of Management at Cass Business School.

Adrian Furnham
Adrian is Professor of Psychology at University College, London and was recognised as the most productive psychologist in the world from 1980-1989. He acts as a consultant to a number of bodies including HM Government, British Airways, HBOS and SAP and also a number of multinational corporations. He writes regular columns in The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Times and is a frequent contributor to BBC radio and television.

Robin Ryde
Robin is an independent consultant and former CEO of the National School of Government. Ryde is also the author of the groundbreaking book 'Thought Leadership: Moving Hearts and Minds'. Ryde has a background in leadership and organizational development. He was the youngest person to direct the British Prime Minister's flagship leadership development program, one of the largest programs of its kind in Europe. He has delivered consultancy in the UK, the US and other territories including South America, Australia and Eastern Europe. Ryde regularly speaks at seminars and conferences and is nestled between Dame Anita Roddick and Sir Martin Sorrell on the BBC's 50 Lessons Business Leaders guide.

Tom Lloyd
Tom is a management writer and author. He is a former editor of Financial Weekly and Management Today, was founding editor of Gemini Consulting's quarterly management journal Transformation and wrote the 'Working Brief' column in The Sunday Telegraph for several years. He has written five books, including Managing Knowhow, with Karl-Erik Sveiby (Bloomsbury 1987) and The 'nice' company (Bloomsbury 1990). He was also the co-author of the successful A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom and A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom: The Roadmap with Peninah Thomson and Jacey Graham (Palgrave 2005, 2008).
