Flyer download help
To use the flyer download you first need to select the title you wish to create PDF from, search or browse for a title and access the title page. To download the title data into a PDF simply click on the button 'download into flyer' on the left hand side of the page.
Once you are on the relevant PDF catalogue page click the button. This will automatically produce a PDF with the Palgrave logo and side banner (as well as an additional page containing an order form).
Adjusting the PDF
You may wish however to amend the content (especially if the PDF you have created results in too many pages), either by reducing the amount of title details or editing what is seen on the page. Please see below for editing instructions:
- Click the button
- Edit page appears (this page allows for the inclusion or exclusion of various fields, i.e. Blurb/Jacket, so that the eventual PDF meets your needs.
- Unselect any of the checkboxes next to the field name to omit them from the PDF
- Manually edit the text inside the form boxes listed down the page
- If you wish to add any returns to the text please insert the HTML tag <p>
- To save the changes you have made click
- You can cancel the changes you have made at any time by clicking , please note this action is undoable by clicking the back button.
- Once you are happy with the changes you have made you can create the PDF by clicking
Notes
- It is advised that you print a copy of the final PDF to make sure you are happy with the results. If not you can amend the content by the methods described above to create the desired output.
- If you receive any error messages when the PDF is displayed you may need to upgrade your version of Adobe PDF reader
