New Search

From Monday 18th June Palgrave.com will have a completely new search engine. We hope that this will mean you can find titles more easily.

Some new features include;

• ISBN (10 and 13), Keyword, Title and Author fields are now accessible from the main search or the quick search box.
• Browse all subjects and sub-categories on one page.
• New system architecture custom-built to ensure efficiency and improved speed.
• Results - titles are now grouped by work, meaning that paperback and hardback (as well as ebook, cdrom etc.) editions can be viewed together. Once a search has been performed click on expand all to view title details.
• Filter your results, using the search filters on the right-hand side of the page, filter by title, author, price, publication date and subject to refine your search and save time.
• Order directly from the search results, if you know you want a book you can speed straight to check-out.
• More title information, accessible from the search results (click >> More about this title from the search results) including weight, ISBN 13, Full pub date, related titles and large jacket images (click on the jacket image on the title page to see a larger version).
• Clearer interface.
• Export options, in addition to exporting your search results as excel you can now export as xml and pdf. Click on 'export search results' above your search results and follow the instructions on the page. Take your results away with you and use as you wish.
• Flyer download, to download title information into a PDF flyer, presenting the title information and an order form. Click on PDF - create PDF flyer from the title page.
• Wider layout, as many of you now have larger screens it makes sense to increase the width of our layout enabling more information about a title or search results to be displayed as well as ensureing the information is clearly presented.
