Tables
Each table must be typed, double spaced on a separate page. They must be consecutively numbered and should have a brief informative title. Tables should be clear and understandable and must have specific reference to the text.
Explanatory footnotes should be brief, placed beneath the table and indicated by lower case letters. When using percentages, state the absolute value that corresponds to 100%. Identify all statistical methods.
