1. Interview with the Land Registrar
Mr Sahib Sehrawat has worked for the Land Registry for over 35 years and is currently the Chief Land Registrar at the Land Registry, Croydon Office. The aim of this interview is to show you how the theory you are learning fits into practice and to give you a fascinating insight into land registration. The parts in italics entitled ‘Author’s notes’ have been written by Julie Skinner, a practising solicitor, and are there to help you understand the points the Land Registrar has made.
