Prize Winners

  • Hart Socio-Legal Studies Prize 2014

    Emilie Cloatre, senior lecturer at Kent Law School, has won the 2014 Hart Socio-Legal prize for her book Pills for the Poorest: An Exploration of TRIPS and Access to Medication in Sub-Saharan Africa. This prize is awarded by the Socio-Legal Studies Association for the best socio-legal monograph published in the last year. The book is part of the Palgrave Macmillan Socio-Legal Studies series launched in 2012.
