SKY MARSEN is Lecturer in Applied Linguistics at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She has international experience in professional writing, in both academic and corporate environments. She has designed and taught courses in communications and writing in Australia, New Zealand and the US. Also, she has worked as a trade journalist, and as technical writing project manager at IBM.
