He has been Editor of Yeats Annual since 1983, and is co-editor of the Collected Letters of W. B. Yeats, II, 1896-1900 (1997) and co-author of Joachim of Fiore and the Myth of the Eternal Evangel in the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries (2001). He is currently co-editing Yeats's Occult Diary (1898-1901, forthcoming from Palgrave Macmillan).
