This text explores the challenges and possibilities of working with asylum seeking children and young people, including the different aspects of resettlement, and development and sustainability of good standards of practice. A valuable resource for students and practitioners wanting to understand current debates and support unaccompanied minors.
'Anyone with an interest in this field will find both useful information and material for reflection which will assist in developing a deeper understanding and empathy for the children and young people...a very useful and recommended book for all those concerned with asylum-seeking children and young people.' - Raya Tibawi, Seen and Heard
'This book is a welcome addition to a field that still demands literature and an evidence base.
