DescriptionReviewsContentsAuthors

In Construction Contract Law, Adriaanse tackles the key aspects of this subject with total clarity and precision.

The book first examines the nature of construction contracts and then takes the reader through each aspect of the construction process, explaining its significance to the practice of contract law and the reasoning behind it.

This third edition has been thoroughly updated to incorporate recent developments and now includes proposed amendments to the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.

Students at undergraduate, postgraduate and construction professional level, as well as contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the industry, will find this to be an invaluable resource for understanding the workings of a construction contract.
