Pig Bladders

Question 1  Can you suggest a recipe which uses pig bladders.  I hate just throwing them away?

Answer: Yes, Ada.  Wash them with caustic soda.  Chop them finely into strips.  Then paste the strips across a pigeon pie in lattice fashion.  Brush the pie with trotter grease and bake for 3 hours.  Serve with tripe and marrowfat peas.
