Thoday, Caitlin (2000), Are First-Born Children Less Extravert than Later-Born Children? , Research-based project report contributing to the award of BSc in Psychosocial Studies at the University of East Anglia, Norwich

This report describes the development of a questionnaire designed to test extraversion/introversion as personality dimensions. It draws on the classic work of H J Eysenck and employs quantitative methods to test the hypothesis that first-born children will score lower on a simple extraversion questionnaire than later-born children. The results are given in statistical form with bar-charts.
