PAUL C. VAN FENEMAÂ is an Associate Professor at Netherlands Defence Academy, The Netherlands. He holds a PhD in Information Systems and Management from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, the Netherlands. He held positions at Rotterdam School of Management and Florida International University. His research focuses on coordination and knowledge management in global IS projects and High Reliability Organizations.
