About the author

SERGIO PELLEGRINELLI is a Director of SP Associates and a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management (UK).  He is an experienced consultant and management development professional specialising in programme management, strategy and organisational development, and works for a number of international corporations.  He has conducted research on programme management competence, programme practices and the effects of organisational factors on the performance of programme management work.  He has also written on strategy development and implementation, and the role and influence of management consultants.
 
Sergio holds a BSc in Econometrics, and an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, an MBA from London Business School, and a PhD from Cranfield School of Management.
