About the editors

FELICIA M. FAI is a Lecturer in International Business at the University of Bath's School of Management, UK. Her research interests include competence development, knowledge transfers and foreign direct investment behaviour. She has contributed to academic journals and conferences, writing on corporate technological diversification, the role of language in cross-border alliances, knowledge transfer in supply chains, and evidence of rising technological competencies in China.

ELEANOR J. MORGAN is Senior Lecturer in Business Economics at the University of Bath's School of Management, UK. Her current research has two main strands - competition policy, especially towards mergers, and innovation strategies of small EU firms in a regional context. She has published extensively in these and other areas, and is founder editor of the International Journal of the Economics of Business.
