About the authors

MARISE CREMONA is a Senior Fellow in the European Commercial Law Unit at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London. She writes extensively on European Community Law and is the Series editor of the Law Masters series.

JONATHAN HERRING is Lecturer in Law at the University of Oxford. A qualified solicitor, he was previously Fellow in Law at New Hall, Cambridge and College Lecturer at Selwyn College, Cambridge.
