About this book

Breakthrough French 3 is part of the highly acclaimed Breakthrough Language Series and an extensively revised new edition of the best-selling Breakthrough Further French. It is designed for learners of French with a reasonable knowledge of the language (perhaps for two to three years of study whether in classes or less formally). It aims to extend the learner's vocabulary over a wide range of topics and to improve conversational and reading skills. Authentic recordings and radio excerpts teach the language as it is spoken by the French. These are backed up by carefully paced studio recordings and exercises. Many illustrations complement the user-friendly page layout. Ideal for self-study Breakthrough is also used widely in further, adult and higher education.
