About the author

ALF CHATTELL is a Business Consultant. His principle area of interest is how companies can succeed in a world being transformed by revolutions in information technology. His expertise spans business strategy, business transformation, the strategic management of information technology and the management of complex change. He is the author of, ' Managing for the Future' and a regular speaker for Management Centre Europe. His industry experience centres on the information industries and includes large international organisations in financial services, telecommunications, publishing and media in the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. He has substantial consultancy experience gained with the London based consultancy firms of Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, Towers Perrin International. Nolan Norton Company and with KPMG in Toronto, Canada.
