JOSEPH ROTBLAT is Emeritus Professor of Physics at the University of London, and President Emeritus of the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs, of which he is co-founder. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society, and 1995 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate.
JOHN HOLDREN is the Teresa and John Heinz Professor of Environmental Policy and Director of the Program of Science, Technology and Public Policy at the John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He is a member of President Clinton's Committee of Advisors on Science and Technology.
VSEVOLOD AVDUYEVSKY is a leading scientist in the field of rocket and space technology. He has more than 40 years experience in development and systems analysis of rocket and space systems. He is President of the Russian Society for Promoting Conversion.
