About the author

STEPHEN JUDGE is Senior Lecturer at London Guildhall University, where he has taught company and commercial law subjects through the 1990s. He holds a law degree from Bristol University and a Diplôme d'études apporofondies (DEA) from the Université Jean Moulin, Lyon III in European Community Law. He has taught at the Université Jean Moulin as professeur associé and he has been a professeur invité at the Université René Descartes, Paris V, since 1993.

MARISE CREMONA is a Senior Fellow in the European Commercial Law Unit at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London. She writes extensively on European Community Law and is the Series editor of the Law Masters series.
