This book examines the psychological underpinnings and management implications of behaviour in organizations. The book is divided into three sections each comprising three chapters. The first section focuses upon the individual and includes an examination of personality, personal development and motivation. The second section focuses upon the team and includes an examination of the nature of groups, team building and leadership theory and style. The third and final section focuses upon the organization. It covers organizational structure and theory, organizational development (OD) and an overview of different approaches to the control and management of organizations.
