In this book the international team of EU, Russian and US researchers focus on the dangerous challenges of the current unstable international equilibrium and opportunities of the breakthrough for a better future. Evgeny Pashentsev is Professor and a leading researcher at the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of the Russian Federation. He has presented papers at more than 170 international conferences and seminars over the last 10 years in 22 countries, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Comunicar, Spain, and the editorial board of the Journal of Political Marketing, USA.
