About the authors

Eric Milliot is Professor of Management Science at the University of Nantes, France, and. President of Atlas-AFMI (Association Francophone de Management International). He is deputy editor-in-chief of the journal International Management, and director of the Atlas series at Vuibert, Paris. His research interests concern the strategic and organizational systems developed by companies in response to globalization.

Suzanne M. Apitsa is a member of the CEREGE Laboratory (Centre de Recherche en Gestion) at IAE - University of Poitiers, France. She is a member of Atlas-AFMI and Afrique Atlantique, and her research interests include CSR, cross-cultural and diversity management, internationalization strategy, and the management of organizations and business networks in Africa.
