MAGNE SIVERT BERG graduated from Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2005 with a Master's degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management. OLIVER BORCHERT is a PhD candidate at the University of Strathclyde, UK TREVOR BUCK is Professor of International Business at Loughborough University Business School, U.K., specialising in transition economies (especially China) and international corporate governance, particularly executive pay. YI-YING CHANG (PhD) is Lecturer in Management, Dundee Business School, University of Abertay Dundee, UK. GARY COOK is Senior Lecturer in Applied Economics and Director of Undergraduate Programmes at the University of Liverpool Management School. BRIAN COOPER (PhD, La Trobe University) is Research Fellow in the Department of Management, Monash University, Australia. Brian is also a Lecturer in management research methods. OU DAI is a PhD student in International Business at Loughborough University Business School, U.K. He received his MSc degree in Entrepreneurship from Bristol University.
