The Economics of European Agriculture explains the demand and supply characteristics of agricultural markets, as well as government intervention in agriculture, with an emphasis on the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). About the author

BERNADETTE ANDREOSSO-O'CALLAGHAN is Jean Monnet Professor of European Economic Integration and Director of the Euro-Asia Centre, University of Limerick. She has gained a wide experience of teaching in various European and Asian Universities. Co-author of Industrial Economics and Organization - A European Perspective and co-editor of The Changing Economic Environment in Asia, she has written on European economics, in particular on structural change and innovation in European countries, as well as on EU-Asian economic relations.
