About this book

This book deconstructs the case study, describes the case writing process and explains how a good case study is composed. It is a reference book that accompanies case writers on their case writing journey. It serves as a guide for writers to develop case studies for teaching,   research, and knowledge-capture. There are illustrations and charts to help writers visualise concepts, signpost ideas, break down complex information and apply techniques in a practical manner.

About the author

June Gwee is a fellow at the Asian Business Case Centre of the College of Business (Nanyang Business School) in the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is also senior principal researcher at the Civil Service College, Singapore. She specialises in writing case studies , developing curriculum for writing programmes, teaching case writing   and coaching case writers. Some of her publications include Case Studies: Building Communities (2015), Case Studies in Public Governance: Building Institutions in Singapore (2012) and Art and Design for Strategic Management: Culture as Strategy (2008).
